Zoom-through cut
One continuous camera zoom across a cut: dive into the first shot and land, still moving, in the next.
About this template
Cut out of a Clipwing promo: a single zoom that speeds up into the cut and slows down out of it, so the edit lands on its fastest frame. Here the camera dives into the scheduler as a clip is scheduled and comes out on the same clip playing on YouTube Shorts and TikTok. Swap in your own two shots.
Works well for
- From a click to its result
- Moving from an app screen to the finished output
- Smooth scene changes in promos
